These Terms govern the website only. The purchase, installation, and use of our on-premises AI systems are governed by a separate written installation and service agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict.

2. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, the partner portal, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Copy, scrape, or republish content from the Services except as expressly permitted.

3. Partner Portal and Accounts

Access to the partner portal is restricted to authorized partner operators. If you are issued credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@cloud-free-ai.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or revoke access at any time to protect the security of the portal.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Cloud-Free-AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. "Cloud-Free-AI" and our logos are our marks and may not be used without our prior written permission. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Services for your own business evaluation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Cloud-Free-AI, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
